Returns

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
